Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
Amendments: Technolync IT Services may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
