Payment: Our fees for services will be agreed upon in writing before any work commences. Payment terms and conditions will also be included in the agreement. Unless otherwise specified, payment is due upon completion of services.
Confidentiality: We treat all client information and data as confidential and will not disclose it to any third party without the client’s consent. We take appropriate measures to protect client data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
Ownership: Unless otherwise agreed upon, all work performed by Technolync IT Services remains our property until full payment is received from the client. Once full payment is received, ownership of the work is transferred to the client.
Limitation of Liability: We are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of our services or any errors or omissions in the services provided. We are also not liable for any damages arising from third-party software, hardware, or services.
Indemnification: The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Technolync IT Services from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from the use of our services or any breach of these terms and conditions by the client.
Termination: Either party may terminate the service agreement at any time by providing written notice to the other party. In the event of termination, the client will pay for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we operate.
Amendments: Technolync IT Services may amend these terms and conditions at any time by posting the amended terms on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the amended terms.
